This bouquet is topped with an 18" mylar balloon & includes 6 12" insider latex balloons. The outer balloon is a clear congratulations balloon with the colour of your choice on the inside. The latex balloons are treated with "Ultra Hi-Float" to last a week or longer. The arrangement is weighted with a foil balloon weight. The balloons can be substituted to celebrate any occasion.
