Returns and Refunds:

We accept returns of defective merchandise. We must be notified within 1 day of receipt of goods. We will glady exchange defective products. If items are returned for any other reason, the customer must cover shipping charges. Special order items cannot be returned, these items are indicated by an asterix ( * ), or by email. Bulk merchandise cannot be returned.
