Shipping policy

Shipping costs are based on Canada Post rates.  Inaccuracies may result, especially when shipping to remote locations.  If your actual shipping cost is substantially higher than the rate you are provided with, we will contact you for confirmation before processing your order.  

Your order will normally be shipped the next business day after we receive it, unless there are out of stock items, in which case we will notify you.  If there is sufficient time, we will hold your order until it is filled.  All unshipped items will be refunded.
